Cryosauna Bend

WHOLE BODY CRYOTHERAPY at Easy Float Bend

What is Cryo?

Whole Body Cryotherapy Sessions! Through the use of gasified nitrogen, a cryosauna provides an environment of subzero temperatures to activate the body’s “cold-shock response.” Through this process the body naturally produces endorphins and redirects oxygenated, nutrient- rich blood to the vital organs. Kinda like a really speedy and very effective ice bath.

What happens in a cryo induced “cold-shock response?”

During the session, blood will rush to the core and revs up metabolism to create heat. After, blood returns to the extremities more oxygenated, and carrying newly released neurotransmitters that can dramatically lower inflammation and accelerate recovery.
